Covenants and Restrictions
Raymur Villas Subdivision was built in five phases, or units. Each has its own Covenants and Restrictions. While they are generally identical there are some differences. It’s up to each homeowner to know which unit their property is located in, and so ensure the proper guidelines are adhered to. If you are not sure which unit your property is located in, you can search for it on the City of Jacksonville Property Appraiser site by clicking here.
Neighborhoods with properly drafted and enforced covenants or architectural standards have been shown to retain property value better than those with poorly enforced covenants or no standards at all.
Our C&R’s were put in place for good reason and will be enforced. To determine if you are in compliance please review your copy or please visit our website for the C&R documents.
