Raymur Villas Issues

How do I contact the HOA?

You can send us a message directly through the web page by clicking the "Contact Us" link on the menu above, or by email at raymurvillashoa@gmail.com.

What are the landscaping requirements for resident yards?

Grass should be less than 6 inches and plants/shrubs should be neatly trimmed.

Proper sidewalk maintenance is strongly recommended. This includes edging, blowing and removal of accumulated dirt.

If you have any suggestions for the landscaping at the two neighborhood entrances, please contact us with your ideas.

What are the parking rules?

Continual overnight parking on non-paved property (grass, dirt, etc) is strictly prohibited in accordance with the covenants and restrictions and therefore subject to fines.

How do I pay the HOA dues?

Annual HOA dues as of January 2020 remain at $125.00. Paying dues is a home ownership requirement.

You can pay online by clicking the "Payment Portal" button on the menu above, or by clicking here.

Dues may also be paid via check payable to "Raymur Villas HOA" and sent to the following address:
Raymur Villas HOA
PO Box 15106
Jacksonville, Florida 32239-5106

What are the home maintenance requirements?

Home Maintenance: Rotting wood – repair siding and garage doors showing signs of rot, especially if the rot has become an eyesore.

Paint: The paint should match surrounding homes. Neutral colors such as brown, beige/tan, gray are the most popular and acceptable. These are also called “earth tones”. Bright sharp colors such as smurf blue, purple passion, or sunflower yellow deviate too far from the standard Raymur Villa color palette.

Who maintains the neighborhood perimeter fence?

Care and Rules for Our Perimeter Vinyl Fence

The fence belongs to the Raymur Villas Home Owner’s Association, not the property owners along the fence line. Homeowners will be responsible for any damage due to negligence or modification.

Do:

  • Do inform the HOA board of any defects or damage to the new fence via email at raymurvillashoa@gmail.com.
  • Do keep dogs, fire, grills, chemicals or any items that may damage vinyl away from the fence.
  • Do provide an interior barrier fence if you have dogs or pets that may damage the fence.
  • Do maintain (trim) large trees near the fence as to not cause damage from limbs, etc.

Don’t:

  • Don’t attach anything to the fence via screws, nails, adhesive, etc.
  • Don’t clean the fence with anything other than vinyl cleaner and water. (NO BLEACH).
  • Don’t pressure wash the fence. (The surface is coated with U.V. protectant and strong or abrasive cleaning will remove it).
  • Don’t lean anything against the fence.
  • Don’t remove or modify any part of the fence.

If you are unsure or unclear about any issue related to the fence please ask!

Our Fence was completed by Sunset Fence. Contact Abe at 904-310-0179 for a personal fence quote.
