Annual HOA Dues
Annual HOA dues as of January 2026 will be $130.00. You can pay your dues online by selecting your preferred payment method below: either a PayPal account, or your credit/debit card. Amount can vary due to back dues, or installment payments as arranged through the HOA.
There is a $4.50 administration fee for paying online. If you do not wish to pay this fee, please submit your annual dues via check, made out to "Raymur Villas HOA," to the following address: PO Box 15106, Jacksonville, FL 32239-5106
